AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
We are looking for our future Commis, to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. Located in a prestigious 5-star hotel with 6 dining outlets, you will be at the heart of culinary innovation and high-quality service. If you are a creative, organized chef eager to thrive in a stimulating environment, this position is for you!
As a Commis de cuisine, you will rock the kitchen scene and prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all outlets and banquet functions.
Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction.
We have one main kitchen for all our venues : Bô Restaurant, Eat Hola, Living Room, In room Dining, Banqueting.
PROFILE
You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel.
You should be highly motivated.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Position to be filled for the winter season, from December 2025 to March 2026
