Role
In this demanding role at the heart of Chain IQ’s operating model, you will manage one of our most strategic global key accounts. As the primary point of contact for C-level and senior stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client relationships and ensuring expectations are met and exceeded. Successful candidates will bring a unique combination of consulting expertise, corporate leadership experience - preferably in finance and/or procurement - and strong project management skills.
You will lead the development and execution of growths strategies, work closely with the client to resolve high-stakes issues with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights. You will work closely with internal teams to align resources with business priorities and P&L targets while contributing to Chain IQ’s thought leadership and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage client relationships
- Ensuring consistent value delivery against contractual targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead resulting consulting and transformation initiatives
- Set up and maintain governance structures to monitor performance and manage risk.
- Use data to drive client success, account profitability and continuous improvement.
- Lead directly and indirectly within global organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, and/or business development.
- Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in business, finance, economics, or supply chain management.
- Experience working with large, multinational organizations (B2B preferred).
- Strong track record in managing senior client relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with leadership experience
