What you will do

  • Take on the role of Business Process Owner for Payroll and Time Management during the implementation of SAP PCE in Switzerland
  • Coordinate test plans, conduct test runs including UAT, and support troubleshooting
  • Manage defects and ticket triage during testing, hypercare, and operations
  • Ensure smooth operation of the SAP PCE system for Payroll and Time Management for Switzerland
  • Ensure harmonized and legally compliant processes within the Axpo Group and support internal and external audits
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into technical solutions for IT

What you bring & who you are

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience with SAP HCM or PCE
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll and time management
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ideally, experience with international HR projects and digital transformation initiatives
