About the role

We are looking for a technical specialist who will identify errors in our products, describe issues, and suggest actions for improvement. Experience in similar roles for at least 3 years is required. Knowledge in fintech is very important, and experience in trading or working with exchanges is a big plus.

Job description

  • Conduct random, intuitive testing of web and mobile applications
  • Find and document bugs, interface issues, and non-standard system behavior
  • Check system behavior in non-standard scenarios (unpredictable clicks, inputs, actions)
  • Work with ServiceDesk, QA, and developers to reproduce the identified bugs
  • Report bugs to bug trackers (e.g. Jira) in a timely manner

Qualifications

You have:

  • Attentiveness, observation, and a “love for breaking” interfaces
  • Ability to use mobile and web applications
  • Understanding of how the user journey in an application is built and how to detect issues early
  • Basic knowledge in the field of testing is a plus but not required
  • Readiness to learn and grow professionally
  • Experience in a related or similar position for at least 3 years
  • Responsibility and independence

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the fintech or crypto domain
  • Being an active user of trading applications and crypto products

Compensation range

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
