Purpose of the position
The brand manager is supporting the Portfolio Oncology Marketing team on the development & implementation of marketing activities. Leading specifically the localization of content and OCE execution.
He / she has a good understanding of the Breast Cancer therapeutic area, the market and the competition as well as the scientific data related to our products and our strategy to execute on highly relevant activities towards highest impact. He / she also develops a perfect knowledge of the tools, the processes & procedures as well as builds on strong relationships with the cross-functional team which makes it easy to get quickly the information needed to execute in a fast and excellent way.
Under the coaching of his / her supervisor, he / she can drive on assigned projects within timeline & budget. He / she also comes up proactively with some suggested improvements or new ways of working or creative solutions to make us better & faster in our execution with the ultimate goal to deliver our medicine to more patients & faster.
The position reports to the Oncology Portfolio Brand Manager.
The brand manager will be working across predominantly in Breast Cancer as part the Oncology portfolio teams.
Main responsibilities
- Overall lead the marketing execution for Breast Cancer.
- Support the team governance with note taking during meetings & follow-up on actions & decisions as well as content creation for our internal meetings
- Drive execution of the media plan: coordinate the development of the required materials, communicate with external parties to ensure materials are placed as planned, review additional opportunities coming up during the year
- Drive on promotional materials creation until regulatory submission & archive management: coordinate the approval process and also the printing of promotional materials and the communication with the cross-functional team
- Manage events logistical organisation & support on the content creation: anticipate needs from the team, liaise with third party vendor. This includes both customer-facing events (like P2Ps and congresses) & team events.
- Lead on assigned projects: this can be process improvements, analytical tools development, new global initiative implementation in Switzerland
- Support on the performance management & impact measurement: from regular performance reporting to ad hoc deeper business reviews
- Support on the launch readiness sessions preparation: contribute to content creation & review, logistical support
- Connect across the affiliate / across the ASG hub / across functions and across BUs to identify best practices & successes that can be replicated in the Oncology BU
- Ad hoc support on other projects or activities for the Oncology BU including some administrative tasks.

Education & Experience
- University Diploma or equivalent in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy or Business
- Prior professional experience (at least 2-3 years), ideally in marketing or medical in the pharma industry Oncology ideally in Breast Cancer in a commercial or medical function.
Languages
- Fluent in English, German and French ideally
Location
- Geneva - Contract subject to a valid work permit in Switzerland
