Job Description
- Provide functional expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team. Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented
- Lead business requirement sessions and workshops on Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform solutions that meet requirements.
- Responsible for end-to-end fit gap analysis, requirements gathering, functional & technical governance, best practices, the reuse of technical assets, and the assignment of technical work.
- Responsible for drafting user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor and advise CRM developers on the business requirements and act as a bridge between customer and technical teams.
- Day-to-day interaction with business teams, working closely with the Program/Project Managers to provide information around scheduling, risks, issues, changes, etc.
- Participate in daily leadership calls, stand-ups, outline performance of the technical team
- Participate in all work product review sessions described in the Quality Plan to ensure compliance with the technical design.
- Participate in Work Product Reviews as referenced in the Project Quality Plan
Qualifications
You are results-driven professional with positive attitude. You have 6-8 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CR.
